About

Exercise tailored for better performance
At Hillstrong Performance we are committed to helping people stay active and healthy as possible. We have put together videos compilations to help bridge the gap between health care workers and home base exercise plans for clients/patients. These videos allow you to develop your coaching, cueing and establish better patient care and interactions. Help guide your clients/patients on exercises to alleviate pain, strengthen core areas, and keep them active. It is important to discuss your exercise plan with your client. By utilizing a video based system to communicate your exercise plan with the client they will have a better understanding of how to perform the exercise rather than looking at a picture.

How this works:
You and your client become a member to the site.
Then you can both sign on to your telehealth platform and share your screen when show the exercises. Because neither you or your client are sharing any health information on this site you are staying compliant with HIPPA laws. This is simply a platform to share between you and your client to bridge the gap in communication, remote exercise instructions.
