CORRECTIVE EXERCISES ROUTINES
Corrective Exercise is a technique that leverages an understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, and biomechanics to address and fix movement compensations and imbalances to improve the overall quality of movement during workouts and in everyday life. Our exercises can be done in the comfort of your home to alleviate pain, fix movement compensations, strengthen core areas, and keep you active. Some exercises may require equipment such as a foam roller, exercise band, broom stick or stability ball. Below are examples of exercise programs to help communications between the client and healthcare professional. The videos are intended for professional to have the opportunity to instruct client on exercise form, duration, frequency, sets and reps.
